• About The Role • The Senior Marketing Manager, Bus at CALSTART will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our initiatives in these sectors. • This position requires a dynamic and creative leader with a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable transportation solutions. • The Marketing Program Manager will report to the Deputy Director of Marketing, Trucks, Off-Road, and Bus and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7-10 years professional experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience • Scrappy self-starter and a strong project manager with the ability to bring structure to undefined procedures • Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead projects effectively with cross-functional partners, both internally and externally • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize effectively • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions.
