β€’ Work with in-house recruitment team to identify and attract top talent. β€’ Manage relationships with hiring managers and source candidates. β€’ Deliver positive recruiting experience reflecting organizational values. β€’ Perform full lifecycle recruiting and apply creative problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of full-life cycle corporate or agency recruiting or applicable experience. β€’ Technical industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills β€’ Experience sourcing /recruiting software engineering roles to include; Quality Assurance, all levels of Software Engineers, Database Engineers/ Administrators, Technical Project Managers, etc. β€’ Proven dedication to follow-through and deliver results β€’ High attention to detail, stellar time management and organizational skills β€’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and problem solve independently without sacrificing quality of work β€’ Proven success in communicating effectively and building strong, trusted relationships within diverse groups β€’ Proficiency with MS Office, Google Drive, and HR and ATS databases β€’ Proficiency in ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates, Workday preferred β€’ Demonstrated experience using Boolean searches with LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms for successful and creative sourcing strategies
