Description

• We’re looking for a highly experienced Principal Engineer with the ability to lead teams, drive technical initiatives, and provide technical guidance and recommendations at an enterprise level. • This is a technical leadership role that is focused on software architecture, technical strategy and full-stack engineering execution. • There are no management responsibilities with this role.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in hands on Software Engineering • Experience designing and building SaaS solutions • Experience mentoring software engineers • Experience modernizing legacy software • Experience with .NET (legacy, Core), JavaScript (legacy frameworks, React, Node) and Golang • The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in various mediums, including synchronous and asynchronous formats • Excellent skills managing workloads, goals, and timelines for yourself and your team
