• This is a remote position. • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with corporate goals. • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders. • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials for earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows. • Collaborate with senior management to develop key messaging and ensure consistent communication of the company's strategy and performance. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may impact investor perceptions. • Manage the content and updates for the investor relations section of the company website. • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and other events. • Provide regular updates to senior management on investor sentiment, market perceptions, and competitive intelligence. • Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations. • Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and provide them with necessary information. • Prepare and distribute press releases, annual reports, and other financial communications. • Manage crisis communications related to financial matters.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably in [specific industry if applicable]. • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise messaging for various audiences. • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with investor relations software and tools. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Mandatory: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) • Understanding of SEC filing requirements • Experience with investor relations platforms (e.g., Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight)
