📋 Description
• Manage execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) for BESS projects • Negotiate and execute Head LTSA’s with clients • Achieve capacity and availability guarantees • Manage spare parts and warranty claims • Lead negotiations of LTSA’s with clients and service providers • Ensure sites operate according to contractual requirements • Manage service providers and track maintenance • Analyze performance data and review reports • Conduct postmortems and create recommendations report • Develop best practices for project execution • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
🎯 Requirements
• Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) degree or diploma • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in renewable power generation or service environment • Strong negotiation, facilitation, risk management, and consensus-building skills • Knowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems, and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced environment • Professional-level capabilities with project management tools (e.g., MS 365 and Microsoft Project) • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Ability to travel to domestic locations as needed
