• Bachelor’s degree • 3–5 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment • Proven track record of onboarding clients through complex technical challenges • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing a large portfolio • Exceptional communication abilities with diverse stakeholders • Analytical mindset to assess client needs • Collaborative nature with cross-functional teams • Confidence, charisma, and opportunity-seizing ability • Proficiency with technology and adaptability • Familiarity with hospitality technology is a plus • Thai Language preferred
