📋 Description
• Join our APAC-focused team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). • Ensure success of deployments and foster long-term client relationships. • Expand Canary's presence in Mid-Market and SMB accounts across APAC. • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams. • Influence company expansion and shape future hospitality technology.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 3–5 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment • Proven track record of onboarding clients through complex technical challenges • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing a large portfolio • Exceptional communication abilities with diverse stakeholders • Analytical mindset to assess client needs • Collaborative nature with cross-functional teams • Confidence, charisma, and opportunity-seizing ability • Proficiency with technology and adaptability • Familiarity with hospitality technology is a plus • Thai Language preferred
