Description

• Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects (daily phone calls, emails) • Communicate value proposition to decision-makers and qualify for potential sales opportunities • Deliver against a quota for qualified leads • Collaborate with Account Executives to close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth • Participate in optimizing sales development approach

Requirements

• Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eager to learn/contribute • Prior experience as a SAAS SDR preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Emotional strength for persistent dialing • Determination to exceed goals weekly • Assertive, persistent, persuasive, and a good listener • Familiarity with tech stacks like Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar platforms • 1+ years of work experience preferred • Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales preferred but not required
