📋 Description
• Lead a team of enterprise Account Executives at Candid Health. • Oversee team KPIs and provide coaching to ensure targets are met. • Involved in strategic deal execution and act as an escalation point. • Collaborate with key stakeholders for resources on strategic deals. • Partner with Recruiting to support hiring for the team.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in selling medical billing and/or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders or Billing Managers. • Enjoy helping AEs develop strategy and execute on prospect meetings for high-value deals. • Work closely with AEs to help them grow their skills and advance their careers. • Work well with key cross-functional leaders within the organization for alignment and support. • Low-ego and outcome-focused with operational excellence. • Deep experience in healthcare startup ecosystem is a plus.
