Description
• Manage critical path process to lead project team from pre-design to completion • Lead ongoing engagement with Office or Project Quality Leader • Guide and assist in developing project quality plans • Review and execute documentation strategy • Collaborate with Project Design Lead to manage design aspirations • Lead construction administration phase responsibilities • Monitor and direct work of project team members
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required • Minimum 10 years of related professional experience required • Previous experience on healthcare projects required • Current Architectural Registration in the United States required • CDT and LEED accreditation preferred • Demonstrated focus on quality • Knowledge of building codes • Must possess business acumen • Must have strong client leadership skills • Must have strong technical leadership skills • Must be capable of leading less experienced staff • Must have advanced knowledge in discipline • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software required • Professional business attire required for client meetings • Travel required
