β’ Manage critical path process to lead project team from pre-design to completion β’ Lead ongoing engagement with Office or Project Quality Leader β’ Guide and assist in developing project quality plans β’ Review and execute documentation strategy β’ Collaborate with Project Design Lead to manage design aspirations β’ Lead construction administration phase responsibilities β’ Monitor and direct work of project team members

β’ Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required β’ Minimum 10 years of related professional experience required β’ Previous experience on healthcare projects required β’ Current Architectural Registration in the United States required β’ CDT and LEED accreditation preferred β’ Demonstrated focus on quality β’ Knowledge of building codes β’ Must possess business acumen β’ Must have strong client leadership skills β’ Must have strong technical leadership skills β’ Must be capable of leading less experienced staff β’ Must have advanced knowledge in discipline β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β’ Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software required β’ Professional business attire required for client meetings β’ Travel required
