Description

• Manage critical path process to lead project team through all technical and production aspects • Lead engagement for general and targeted project support • Work with Project Manager to establish realistic work and labor plans • Contribute to the Project Risk Assessment process • Guide Project Architects in development of Project Quality Plans • Review and lead execution of documentation strategy for each phase • Collaborate with Project Designer to manage design aspirations • Lead integration of project’s building performance and sustainable design goals • Continuously monitor project documentation and compliance • Guide Project Architects in Life Safety, Building and Energy Code analysis • Lead coordination of all disciplines with architectural design intent • Collaborate with Model Manager to monitor quality of model processes • Lead contract documentation alignment • Manage Construction Administration phase responsibilities • Monitor, train and direct project team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required • Minimum 10 years of related professional experience required, including 5 years in construction documentation and 3 years in construction administration • Previous experience on large, complex projects required • Current Architectural Registration in the United States required • CDT and LEED accreditation preferred • Demonstrated focus on quality • Knowledge of building codes and requirements • Must possess business acumen • Must have strong client and technical leadership skills • Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
