• Oversee and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce. • Analyze sales data, provide reports, and recommendations to the Senior Operating Team. • Improve automated reporting capabilities for data-driven decision-making. • Create and update reports and dashboards for real-time insights. • Administer & calculate all GTM commissions across the GTM organization. • Assist with creation of commission plans as needed. • Ensure sales technology is implemented efficiently for data analysis and reporting.
• 2+ years experience in revenue operations or similar role, focusing on reporting & analytics. • Salesforce proficiency required; expertise in analytics, reporting, and Microsoft Office suite. • Familiarity with tools like SalesLoft, Zapier, Gong, and DealHub is a plus. • Experience in commission administration and project management; Monday.com familiarity is a bonus. • Understanding of Go-To-Market organizations and their data processes is essential. • Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership in written and verbal formats. • Adaptable and detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative mindset with intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving challenging problems; prior sales experience preferred but not required.
