β€’ Drive increased visibility across the L2L business by consolidating and analyzing the data from the different teams/sources. β€’ Analyze data and provide data-driven insights to support day-to-day decision-making. β€’ Evaluate the current L2L datasets and contribute to the creation of an action plan to standardize business reporting and KPIs across departments. β€’ Develop recurring analyses to report on GTM performance across Marketing, Sales, and Services. β€’ Perform ad hoc analyses for the GTM and leadership teams to provide strategic direction.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. β€’ 2+ years proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, investment banking, or a related role. β€’ Familiarity and interest in SaaS business models and metrics. β€’ Ability to work in Excel. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology (ideally Hubspot). β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. β€’ Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
