📋 Description
• As Operations Manager – Telemedicine, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the workflows that power our clinical services. • From onboarding physicians and refining consultation processes to driving platform improvements, you’ll be at the operational core of our telemedicine experience. • This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on, start-up mentality, strong operational instincts, and a passion for making healthcare more accessible and efficient.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in operations, platform management, or healthcare technology—ideally within telemedicine or a SaaS-driven environment • Strong process thinking and a track record of improving workflows and implementing automation • Comfort working closely with doctors and healthcare professionals in a professional, supportive capacity • Previous experience in medical cannabis operations or compliance is appreciated • A proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)—required • A hands-on, start-up mentality—you’re flexible, fast-moving, and ready to build solutions from the ground up • Familiarity with GDPR and German healthcare regulations is a plus
