β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. β€’ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. β€’ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. β€’ Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. β€’ Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. β€’ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. β€’ Prepare regular reports on account status and communicate the progress to internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the tech industry. β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. β€’ Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions and their applications in various sectors. β€’ Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
