Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. • Prepare regular reports on account status and communicate the progress to internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the tech industry. • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions and their applications in various sectors. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
