Description

• Data manipulation and mining to support Customer Experience Team within the marketing function • Creating and modifying programs to extract information from databases • Preparing analyses on Customer Experience effectiveness, efficiency, cross-sell, Net Promoter Score, Digital Engagement, Customer Behavior and retention • Identifying and implementing consumer segments and developing specialized reporting approaches • Preparing exhibits and responding to requests for additional data • Providing requirements for systems implementation projects • Measuring and monitoring Consumer Experience performance data • Collaborating with other parts of the organization • Performing other assigned duties

Requirements

• Total Work Experience: 4-6 years • English Proficiency: Fluent • Required Education: Preferred: Bachelor's degree • Computer Science - required • Data Science - required • Statistics - preferred • Mathematics - preferred • Insurance knowledge - preferred • Predictive Modeling - Intermediate • Design and Analyze A/B Tests - Intermediate • Excel - Intermediate (4-6 Years) • PowerPoint - Intermediate (4-6 Years) required • SQL - Advanced (7+ Years) required • PowerBI - Intermediate (4-6 Years) preferred • Snowflake - Entry Level (1-3 Years) required
