• Educate and support customers using the wealth and asset management platform in French and English. • Respond to all front-line initial customer inquiries through Zendesk. • Escalate customer issues to appropriate internal party. • Participate in regular training on products and services. • Record all issues and resolutions along with feedback in Jira. • Assist in creating content for the help center in both languages. • Assist in delivering group training to customers.
• Professional working proficiency of French and English. • Customer facing experience with a top priority on end-user satisfaction. • Proven resourcefulness and troubleshooting ability. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce. • Bonus: Investment Funds in Canada Certification; Canadian Securities Course; Finance or Business degree; experience in FinTech or at a large bank.
