• Provide IT support to modernize client systems • Drive process improvement and standardization • Ensure high quality services and collaboration with partners • Develop requirements and participate in project phases • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes • Improve data accuracy and facilitate decision-making • Create end-user training materials and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum five (5) years experience on IT projects • At least three (3) years in business systems analysis and design • Bachelor’s degree required • Additional qualifying experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis • Minimum three (3) years soliciting and documenting business requirements • Minimum three (3) years leading business process analyses & mapping • Minimum three (3) years following a development process like SDLC • Minimum one (1) year experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies • Minimum two (2) years facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions • Provide at least two (2) current references from previous engagements
