📋 Description
• PingWind is seeking a Business Analyst to support Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) contract work. • Provide Human Centered Design, Configuration, Development, Integration support for VBA. • Conduct user research and stakeholder engagement to understand business needs. • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Create a product backlog of well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria. • Manage product backlog to focus capacity on highest priority user stories. • Support Scrum / Agile ceremonies. • Ensure that products create value and meet business needs. • Support change management and product rollout including user acceptance testing.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst • Experience in software development using Agile/scrum frameworks • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with the federal government (VA experience preferred). • PaaS and SaaS product experience, Salesforce preferred • Experience using Jira
