📋 Description
• Capio Group is looking for an experienced Data Analyst/Lead to provide IT support to client services • Responsible for translating business initiatives into analytical questions, identifying critical metrics, and developing reporting • Help identify datasets, contribute to data transformations, clean data, and conduct statistical analyses • Create visualizations and reports, using business intelligence applications, spreadsheets, or code • Define data quality needs and implement monitoring solutions • Hold Requirements Meetings with client staff to develop data visualization requirements • Assess existing data security processes and recommend improvements • Provide continuous support for data visualization and script development • Develop technical documentation and user guides • Convene project meetings to provide completion status and project alignment • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a data analyst or in other quantitative analysis or related disciplines • Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data analytics, design, visualization, and programming • At least three (3) years must have been in a lead capacity • Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting a large scale & complex IT systems • Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience leading Standardization of data • Within the last five (5) years, must have experience working with the Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal program • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT or Engineering field • Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis • Must provide at least two (2) references from previous engagements of similar size, scope, and type of service • Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of working experience with data roadmaps and strategic planning
