Description

• Translate business initiatives and goals into analytical questions • Identify critical metrics, conduct analysis, and develop reporting • Clean data, conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify trends or patterns • Create visualizations and reports using business intelligence applications • Define data quality needs to support analysis and communicate impact on analyses • Provide recommendations on data errors and assess data security processes • Support data visualization and script development • Develop technical documentation of scripts and data visualizations • Help end users interact with data visualizations and analyses

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a data analyst or in related disciplines • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data analytics, design, visualization, and programming within the last ten (10) years • At least three (3) years must have been in a lead capacity • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting a large scale & complex IT systems within the last ten (10) years • Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading Standardization of data within the last ten (10) years • Experience working with the Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal program within the last five (5) years • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT or Engineering field • At least two (2) references from previous engagements of similar size, scope, and type of service required
