Description

• Capio Group is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to work with Salesforce Orgs • Provide maintenance and operational support for client’s multiple Salesforce Orgs • Implement system enhancements and develop new applications • Manage all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Provide comprehensive testing services for applications • Perform release planning and execute code deployment activities • Release enhancements and address technical debt using Agile methodology • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and create documentation • Support various testing types and investigate production issues • Support provisioning and de-provisioning of users and Salesforce upgrades • Develop new APIs as needed and support API integrations between applications • Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and implement a feedback mechanism

Requirements

• Minimum seven (7) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience as a Technical Architect • Experience with large-scale projects with a minimum of 1,000 users and 1 million data records • Minimum seven (7) years of full-time experience defining and implementing physical and logical technical architectures • Minimum seven (7) years of experience with Salesforce architecture • Minimum seven (7) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience with integrating disparate applications • Minimum seven (7) years of full-time experience in all phases of the SDLC • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field
