Description

• Provide maintenance and operational support for the client’s Salesforce Orgs. • Manage all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Perform release planning and execute code deployment activities. • Release enhancements using Agile methodology. • Report on system documentation and create user guides. • Provide on-demand support and training resources.

Requirements

• Minimum seven (7) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience as a Technical Architect: Direct experience architecting complex IT systems and integrating multiple solutions into a single cohesive architecture. • Minimum seven (7) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience defining and implementing technical architectures. • Minimum seven (7) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience with Salesforce architecture. • Minimum seven (7) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience in all phases of the SDLC. • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
