📋 Description

• Join Capital One's consumer app as a Business Planning Analyst • Shape growth trajectory through strategic hiring planning and capital allocation optimization • Provide insights and support to achieve ambitious goals • Build comprehensive investment plans aligning with business objectives • Conduct analysis to assess R&D investments’ performance • Manage financial models to forecast revenue and ROI metrics • Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product teams for operational strategies • Establish and track KPIs for performance monitoring • Develop reporting dashboards for portfolio visibility • Drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering) • At least 1 year of experience in analysis • At least 1 year of experience in SQL querying • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (Preferred) • 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building (Preferred) • 1+ years of experience in market research (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in SQL querying (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in business analysis (Preferred) • 1+ years of experience in consulting (Preferred)
