• Lead client engagements to identify business requirements • Own the end-to-end business analysis process • Conduct deep-dive assessments of existing insurance product configurations • Drive the migration strategy by analyzing data mapping requirements • Develop data models, process flows, and system requirements • Lead the development of test strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Provide ongoing advisory support to client leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance domain • Extensive hands-on experience with Vantage/wmA • Proven track record in leading large-scale migration and conversion projects • Deep expertise in TRAD product configuration and data conversion methodologies • Experience with mainframe technologies is a plus • Solid understanding of indexed product structures and compliance considerations • Ability to create and execute test plans
