📋 Description

•Capital Technology Group (CTG) is on a mission to modernize and innovate the way the federal government delivers software. •We are passionate about our work, dedicated to our clients, and committed to a culture of continuous learning and growth. •As an integral part of the program, the UI/UX Designer will help us understand our customers' business challenges and design a product vision that helps meet those needs. •Our UI/UX Designer work with stakeholders, customers, and our agile development teams via user research, interviews, focus groups, and incorporates all their various and sometimes competing needs into a single user experience. •They work with the development team to ensure that what the user eventually sees is something that will make their work easier.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelors Degree •5+ years of experience •Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills •Self-motivated, innovative, flexible, resilient, and receptive to critique and feedback. •Well-organized and able to handle multiple assignments and ability to work effectively (independently and/or within teams) across functional areas in a collaborative environment. •Must be able to get up-to-speed quickly on new projects and technologies •Strong communication and problem-solving skills •Nice to Have Skills: People management experience
