This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure our clients receive high-quality service and solutions tailored to their needs.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Implementation within a SaaS or Enterprise Software environment • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, coaching and developing technical consulting teams • Experience with data integration, configuration, or business process automation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external teams
