Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of People Operations experience • Familiarity with HR and ATS systems (BambooHR, Paylocity, Lattice, Lever) • Detail and data-oriented with impeccable follow-through. • Experience with Google apps, especially Google Sheets. • Strong interest in process improvement - you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined. • Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information. • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
