📋 Description
• The Senior Associate, Wholesale Operations will support the operational needs of our growing wholesale business. • Responsibilities include order management, retailer communication, and troubleshooting. • This role will play a critical part in supporting operational efficiency, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in wholesale operations, supply chain, or a related field, preferably in ecommerce or consumer products • 1+ years of experience working with 3PL partners • 1+ years of experience working with retailer compliance and/or routing guides • Familiarity with order management systems (e.g., Fulfil.io), EDI platforms, and retailer portals • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Robust communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience with Shopify B2B and ERP systems • A proactive, customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and building trust with partners
