Description

• Caraway Home is looking for a temporary, 4 month in-house contract Senior Recruiter. • Help us get through our busy hiring season, 32-40 hours a week, potential to extend contract length. • Own the recruiting process from end to end including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-caliber candidates. • Drive the overall process through clear and proactive communication and a thorough understanding of workforce objectives and capacity. • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of positions in a fast-paced environment. • Must have recruiting experience in the consumer goods, home goods, or DTC industry • Experience with workforce planning and capacity understanding • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels • Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • In-depth understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations based on recruiting data • Exceptional problem solving skills, decision making, advisement, and mentorship • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR preferred), HR software, and G-suite. • Experience presenting company wide trainings, initiatives, or programs, preferred
