•Scholar Rock is a biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and delivers life-changing therapies for people with serious diseases that have high unmet need. •As a global leader in the biology of the transforming growth factor beta (TGFβ) superfamily of cell proteins, the clinical-stage company is focused on advancing innovative treatments where protein growth factors are fundamental. •This role as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be critical in planning and supporting Scholar Rock’s growth in 2025 as they approach their first product launch. •You'll partner with internal stakeholders to ensure their hiring needs are met with quality and efficiency, and be passionate about the candidate experience.

Requirements

•At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR/Talent Acquisition with proven experience of a data-driven outlook. •Strong project management skills - organized, detail oriented, execution focused. •High social and emotional intelligence - you truly enjoy mentoring team members and cultivating strong relationships with all types of people. •Exceptional talent scouting and assessment capabilities; to be able to both find and select the best talent •Strong influence and negotiating skills to both attract and close great candidates •Excellent knowledge of Recruiting and HR best practices and industry standards. •Experience establishing relationships as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. •Previous experience working in an emerging biotech or similar environment is a significant plus
