Requirements

• Expert-level sourcing abilities, particularly on LinkedIn. • Skilled in hiring Sales, Customer Success, and GTM professionals across a range of roles and experience levels. • Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms. • Ability to run a structured, efficient, and effective recruiting process. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with hiring managers and candidates. • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and seamless operations. • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier sales talent for high-growth companies. • Familiarity with the proptech, SaaS, or tech startup industries is a plus. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines and competing priorities. • Ideally based in Austin, TX, but open to remote candidates.
