Description

• We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Talent Acquisition Marketer to attract and engage top veterinary talent. • This role will focus on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, managing recruiting ads, and optimizing the recruitment advertising budget. • The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment marketing, digital advertising, and is knowledgeable about the veterinary profession.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or digital marketing, ideally within healthcare or veterinary sectors. • Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job recruiting sites, with a strong understanding of digital advertising and recruitment strategies. • Proficiency in social media, digital advertising, and content marketing, with experience managing ad budgets. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and act on campaign performance data. • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills for creating and managing processes and templates. • Excellent communication skills and a passion for the veterinary industry.
