• Impact Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment for a project-based contract role! • This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting mission-driven projects. • As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage our hiring process for several key roles, ensuring we attract and secure top talent aligned with our team’s goals. • You will work closely with Impact's senior leadership to streamline the hiring process and provide regular updates on progress. • Responsibilities: • Sourcing and Screening: • Identify and source star applicants based on the team's goals. • Review all incoming applications. • Conduct phone screenings with top candidates. • Hiring Process Management: • Manage the hiring process within Workable, partnering closely with Impact's senior leadership with speed. • Oversee all communications with candidates up until the offer letter stage. • Reporting: • Provide weekly progress updates on all roles to senior leadership via Slack. • Include open role metric updates in weekly reports.
• Deep understanding of creating and executing an inclusive and equitable hiring process • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and quickly. • Must have LinkedIn Recruiter
