β€’ Impact Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment for a project-based contract role! β€’ This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting mission-driven projects. β€’ As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage our hiring process for several key roles, ensuring we attract and secure top talent aligned with our team’s goals. β€’ You will work closely with Impact's senior leadership to streamline the hiring process and provide regular updates on progress. β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Sourcing and Screening: β€’ Identify and source star applicants based on the team's goals. β€’ Review all incoming applications. β€’ Conduct phone screenings with top candidates. β€’ Hiring Process Management: β€’ Manage the hiring process within Workable, partnering closely with Impact's senior leadership with speed. β€’ Oversee all communications with candidates up until the offer letter stage. β€’ Reporting: β€’ Provide weekly progress updates on all roles to senior leadership via Slack. β€’ Include open role metric updates in weekly reports.

Requirements

β€’ Deep understanding of creating and executing an inclusive and equitable hiring process β€’ Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and quickly. β€’ Must have LinkedIn Recruiter
