• This is a temporary/contract position for up to 6 months with the potential to extend the contract based on business needs. • Act as strategic business partner with site leadership on all recruitment related issues. • Proactively engage the Leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, outcomes and service standards. • Serve as consultant with leadership in the development of effective talent acquisition, sourcing and workforce planning strategies. • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components involved in full-life cycle recruiting.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience plus one (1) additional year experience in a human resources, staffing, marketing or related department, required. • Experience within a healthcare environment, preferred.
