Description

• Advocate for customers and consult on decarbonization strategy, ensuring maximum value delivery. • Build strong relationships with C-level and senior managers to understand their priorities and problems. • Manage a portfolio of Carbmee’s strategic customers as their trusted decarbonization advisor. • Help drive customer-centric product development and maximize revenue opportunities. • Ensure top-class execution and steering by managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Create transparency by advocating for customers to internal stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey to create a world-class experience. • Lead post-sales engagement, retention, and growth of your customers partnered closely with Account Executives. • Support customers in creating strong narratives about their decarbonization journey.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working in management consultancy, or as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at a fast-growing B2B tech start-up. • Experience working with large corporations and understanding how procurement organizations function. • Experience in the sustainability field and knowledge of climate reduction strategies and/or working with Automotive and Manufacturing industries is a big plus. • Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken. • Performance-driven mindset combined with outstanding presentation and project management skills. • Ability to work well in diverse, hybrid teams and excitement to join our international team in Berlin, Munich, or remotely in Germany. • Passion for business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision.
