Description

• Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team • Collaborate with customers to understand their business and technical requirements • Design and propose tailored AWS solutions • Work independently and as part of a team to drive new revenue • Build proposals and SOWs for account teams • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Presales Solutions Architect community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 5+ years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architecture, or cloud consulting role • Hands-on expertise with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including networking, security, storage, and serverless technologies • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value • Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive new business opportunities • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to support sales and deployment activities • Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification • Experience working with a range of customers, from SMBs to large enterprises • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices • Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go
