Description

• Responsible for building and leading the Inside Sales team • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team • Set individual sales targets and ensure attainment • Create and implement effective sales strategies • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in Small Business software sales or the payments industry • 5+ years of sales management experience • Proven ability to manage yourself and your teams to meet and exceed sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, business strategy, and presentation skills. • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Superior interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies.
