Description

• Develop and maintain IT solutions and services support for the corporate HR business functional teams • Demonstrates knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces – specifically with experience, acumen and success with Workday & Kronos software & solutions • Plans and executes system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts. • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems. • Problem solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages. • Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance. • Knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents. • Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation and ongoing execution • Passion for continuous improvement and finding ways to improve the employee experience. • Ability to flex communication styles to effectively partner with both IT and non-technical professionals. • Demonstrates flexibility to pivot priorities based on HR needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience • 8-12 years of experience supporting HR Technology • Experience with UKG Dimensions (Kronos) Time Tracking and Workday Time Tracking preferred • Experience with ServiceNow (SN) – HR Portal, Employee Center Pro and Service Center support • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite and advanced skills with Excel (Pivot tables & charts) • Experience with Labor Management Systems (Manhattan) and related, timekeeping integrations • Cross-functional team collaboration, leading through influence & excellent communication skills • Prior experience with managed service provider and prior supervisory experience preferred
