• Career Renew recruits for one of its clients an Engineering Manager - AI - this is a remote US-based role. • We are at the forefront of the intersection between artificial intelligence (AI) and entertainment, offering innovative solutions and immersive experiences to our users. • Our flagship product is an AI character studio that allows users to create, interact with, and share AI characters which have varying skills. • In this pivotal role, you will oversee a talented team of engineers focused on developing high-quality software products that meet the demands of our users. • You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. • Your leadership will empower your team to embrace challenges, innovate, and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced startup environment. • If you have a passion for AI, a desire to lead and inspire others, and are looking to take the next step in your career in a company that values creativity and growth, we want to hear from you! • Responsibilities include being a hands-on developer, researching technologies, mentoring, managing timelines, and being part owner.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software development and engineering management roles, particularly in a startup environment. • Demonstrable skills in both Backend and Frontend development at large scale, such as React, Tailwind, Node, Redis, MongoDB, and Docker. • Strong proficiency in AI LLM Inference, Stable Diffusion, and AI Model fine-tuning & Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Go, and Rust. • Proven experience in shipping products.
