🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years in data engineering or related field • Advanced knowledge in SQL (4+ years practical application) • Python development, including unit and integration testing (4+ years practical application) • Strong proficiency in cloud-based data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) • Database relational modeling • Version control systems (Git preferred) • Modern data ingestion/transformation tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt) • Ability to build end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines • Orchestrate workflow (e.g., Prefect, Airflow) • Excellent communication skills • Proven experience in strategic planning • Adaptability to change • Comfort in providing constructive feedback • Proficient in data governance and compliance protocols • Skilled in developing and implementing data security policies and procedures
