β€’ Career Renew is recruiting for a Manager, Market and Customer Activation - B2B Electronics. β€’ This is a fully remote role in the US. β€’ Drive global semiconductor market and customer activation strategy. β€’ Implement promotion activities for the US and Europe regions. β€’ Responsible for marketing and communications strategy and execution plans. β€’ Drive result-oriented integrated marketing communications campaigns. β€’ Develop and manage integrated global campaigns. β€’ Responsible for content strategy by creating compelling contents and campaigns. β€’ Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach. β€’ Work closely with marketing and commercial teams. β€’ Establish a scalable marketing and communications strategy. β€’ Drive awareness and demand for electronics materials.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10 years of experience in marketing and communications β€’ Preferred bachelor's degree in chemistry, Business, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar β€’ Proven experience in B2B marketing β€’ Strong ability in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and evaluating full spectrum of communications deliverables, including lead generation, digital marketing, media engagement, sales tool development and content creation. β€’ Proven project management experience and handling multiple projects simultaneously β€’ Resourceful, results driven and able to work effectively in a matrix environment and tight deadlines. β€’ Analytical with meticulous attention to detail, translate business and marketing strategy into an acquisition plan. β€’ Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of management and different culture β€’ Creative, innovative and team-player.
