📋 Description

• Career Renew is recruiting for a Manager, Market and Customer Activation - B2B Electronics. • This is a fully remote role in the US. • Drive global semiconductor market and customer activation strategy. • Implement promotion activities for the US and Europe regions. • Responsible for marketing and communications strategy and execution plans. • Drive result-oriented integrated marketing communications campaigns. • Develop and manage integrated global campaigns. • Responsible for content strategy by creating compelling contents and campaigns. • Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach. • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams. • Establish a scalable marketing and communications strategy. • Drive awareness and demand for electronics materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience in marketing and communications • Preferred bachelor's degree in chemistry, Business, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar • Proven experience in B2B marketing • Strong ability in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and evaluating full spectrum of communications deliverables, including lead generation, digital marketing, media engagement, sales tool development and content creation. • Proven project management experience and handling multiple projects simultaneously • Resourceful, results driven and able to work effectively in a matrix environment and tight deadlines. • Analytical with meticulous attention to detail, translate business and marketing strategy into an acquisition plan. • Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of management and different culture • Creative, innovative and team-player.
