Description

• Plan, manage, and monitor the project execution • Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget • Oversee service and project delivery through active leadership of the PMs team • Ensure that projects are intiated, aligned, and delivered following the most appropriate delivery model and project management best practices • Provide high-quality portfolio risk analysis, track, respond to, and communicate risks appropriately to your Customers • Monitor KPIs (such as profitability, revenue, utilization, and attrition), and take active actions to keep them at the best possible level • Be a resource and people manager, actively participating in the planning of required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting Team • Ensure the professional growth of onboarded people • Be an entrepreneur and act as a Customer agent, developing Customer relations and business insights, proposing additional services that Customers may need • Participate in the pre-sale and up-sale of your current account • Take an active part in business and contract negotiations, as well as define business terms of contracts • Drive continuous improvement in your Competence Center and contribute to the process and company development through PMO and PM training input • Work with business units and stakeholders to determine project vision, goals, and product functionality • Implement best practices and tools for project delivery and management • Contribute to the improvement of project lifecycle through lessons learned, project achievements, etc.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management • Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with Customers and project teams • Proven experience in Fix Price projects • Strong risk management skills • Strong leadership skills • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills • Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives • Ability to propose solutions to achieve these goals • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English • WOULD BE A PLUS: Commercial experience in account management • Experience in developing business opportunities • Experience of attending business events (conferences, business negotiations, steering meetings, seminars, workshops, sales events, etc.) • Experience of working with budgets, margins, contracts, and invoices • Hands-on experience in business and contract negotiations, in defining business terms in contracts
