Description

• Searching for an associate attorney with at least eight years of California employment litigation • This position may be remote but the attorney is expected to travel to court and client meetings as necessary

Requirements

• Extensive experience with trials, summary judgment, arguing motions, depositions, and mediation • Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context • Familiarity with public agency employers is a plus • Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • 8 years of California employment litigation
