• Responsible for SaaS and services contract life-cycle management, including management of applicable CLM software, administration and storage of all company contracts and processing of contract requests related to new business and renewals
• Engage in high-level issue-spotting to make an initial determination regarding the need for (and nature of) required attorney reviews
• Manage the Legal team's engagement with the Sales team and other company personnel requiring contract review services and manage the ﬁelding of all day-to-day inquiries regarding contract review policies, process and status
• Responsible for ensuring all contracts meet the substantive requirements of applicable company policies
• Data entry and document management, ensure proper contract logging and ﬁlling/archiving of executed contracts
