Description

• Execute legal or business projects requiring legal involvement with a moderate level of independence • Analyzes legal and regulatory risks and offers practical legal solutions • Deliver effective legal advice while protecting enterprise interests • Provides input regarding the assessment and management of outside legal relationships • Assists the practice group leader in the management of the legal budget • Responsible for understanding and adhering to the enterprise Code of Conduct • Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Attorney must be licensed and registered as required by applicable law

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Law from an accredited law school • Typically requires 2-6 years of experience providing legal services within a law firm or as in-house legal counsel • Strong litigation experience required • Ability to support Legal Department leadership and business clients on business and legal strategy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent leadership and motivational skills • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
