β’ The mission of this position is to help Church members fulfil their divinely appointed responsibility to discover their families through family history methods. β’ The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and support for media developers and designers, assigning and tracking all projects, overseeing and managing work flow, and ensuring that work is completed on time and at the appropriate level of quality. β’ The Project Coordinator is the first point of contact and interfaces daily with clients, producers, and others who request services.
β’ Bachelors degree in Social and Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration or a related field with at least 3-5 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. β’ Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to motivate others. β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. β’ Customer-service oriented. β’ Positive, can-do attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, learn quickly, and work under stress with tight deadlines. β’ Excellent organizational skills, with ability to focus on detail. β’ Experience with audio-visual media formats and production preferred.
