🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence without direct authority • Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to conduct independent research and present findings effectively • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines • Practical experience managing projects (from initiation to completion) • Risk Management – Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks • Change Management – Handling project scope changes and implementing process improvements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Self-motivated and capable of working independently • Comfortable in high-level strategic discussions • Proactive in taking initiative, seeing and taking opportunities • Confident in forming strong working relationships with various stakeholders • Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
