📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of test security and business operations. • Maintain rigorous quality control standards across processes and systems, particularly during peak seasons. • Oversee the review and management of test center establishment requests and coordinator changes. • Drive reconciliation and quality control (QC) efforts through in-depth analysis and precise reporting. • Implement and enhance best-in-class test security services in support of valid and fair administration of all College Board assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in conducting thorough process audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards particularly in Test Security. • In depth understanding of the K-12 test security and evaluations landscape. • Proven ability to build or revamp processes to improve quality. • Experience in data analysis and research skills, including use of data visualization tools such as Salesforce, Vizio, Tableau or Power BI preferred. • Excellent PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project skills. • Adept critical thinking skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings and presenting remotely and in-person to groups of 15 or more. • Proven ability to build relationships and influence others to action.
