Description

• As the Platform Analyst, K-12 Digital Assessments, you are a motivated, self-starter who operates with excitement in managing details, thinking creatively, analyzing data, and getting things done. • You’ll leverage your knowledge of education technology to build a deep understanding of the digital assessment product and technology market. • Facilitate and manage external partnerships to support and enhance the digital testing platform. • Define, analyze and track key metrics and performance indicators to drive product success and inform the product development roadmap. • Identify and bring insights on industry trends, competitor platforms, and market data to the product development team. • Seek out and evaluate new 3rd party partnerships that enable the platform to meet business needs. • Keep both sides informed of upcoming needs and impacts of changes to ensure ongoing smooth delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in educational technology, preferably with a focus on digital assessment delivery. • Technically adept with the ability to engage in discussions with technology platform partners alongside technology teams. • Proven ability to build strong relationships as the primary contact with external technology vendors, while effectively collaborating with internal cross-functional teams. • Proven experience in competitive market research and data analysis, preferably in the product management domain. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a proactive approach to communication. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, and the ability to analyze complex data sets to identify key insights. • A customer-focused and organizationally aware mindset. • Authorization to work in the United States.
