📋 Description

• Spearhead investigations into PSAT test security incidents, ensuring compliance with defined policies and assessing evidence for score cancellation. • Effective communication with students, parents, and representatives while facilitating resolution of cases. • Collaborative evidence analysis, case determination, and management under legal requirements and policies. • Ensure adherence to fairness, integrity, and security in the role. • Scrutinize and evaluate individual PSAT scores to discern evidence casting doubt on validity. • Manage ongoing investigations and data within the Test Security team's case management system. • Conduct specialized investigations, manage sensitive data, and make recommendations for score validity cases. • Provide timely communication and insights on scores under review, enhancing College Board's transparency and trust.

🎯 Requirements

• An associate degree as a minimum requirement; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Strong investigative and problem-solving instincts with analytical abilities to drive decisions and actions. • A record of successfully planning, executing, and completing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. • Exemplary organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor, both domestically and internationally, capable of managing sensitive customer interactions. • A proven ability to work as part of a diverse team, contributing to collaborative solutions. • Experience managing relationships with internal resources, third-party resources, and vendors. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
