Description

β€’ Senior Compensation Analyst provides consultative services to HR and Leadership. β€’ Conduct benchmarking and data analysis for competitive compensation programs. β€’ Provide guidance on compensation policies and evaluate change requests. β€’ Manage and administer compensation projects and programs. β€’ Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices. β€’ Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses, and develop wage plans. β€’ Review labor market and maintain competitive pay rates. β€’ Provide training and regulatory updates to HR and Leadership. β€’ Act as a mentor for compensation related policies and procedures. β€’ Ensure pay practices compliance with regulations.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma/GED. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred. β€’ Five (5) years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation or HR Business Partner with at least three (3) dedicated years in Compensation. β€’ Two (2) years of experience in a hospital or healthcare related environment preferred.
