β’ Senior Compensation Analyst provides consultative services to HR and Leadership. β’ Conduct benchmarking and data analysis for competitive compensation programs. β’ Provide guidance on compensation policies and evaluate change requests. β’ Manage and administer compensation projects and programs. β’ Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices. β’ Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses, and develop wage plans. β’ Review labor market and maintain competitive pay rates. β’ Provide training and regulatory updates to HR and Leadership. β’ Act as a mentor for compensation related policies and procedures. β’ Ensure pay practices compliance with regulations.
β’ High school diploma/GED. β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred. β’ Five (5) years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation or HR Business Partner with at least three (3) dedicated years in Compensation. β’ Two (2) years of experience in a hospital or healthcare related environment preferred.
