• Lead the cross functional core and extended clinical study team • Ensure operational study-level timeline, budget, deliverables and quality management • Partner with others to address core study team gaps • Monitor clinical trial performance and quality metrics • Support inspection readiness and quality initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences field • Minimum 7 years relevant experience • Experience in global clinical operations • CRA experience preferred • Familiarity with a Japan-based organization is beneficial • Ability to travel up to 10%
